Growing up, Chef Aless spent summers with her grandparents on their vineyard in France where she learned about farm-to-table cooking and how fewer ingredients can mean more. Since then, Chef Aless has owned and operated a café in Manhattan for nearly 20 years. After closing due to high rent, Chef Aless began her own catering company sourcing only local food, organic when possible, and never using meat with antibiotics or hormones.

This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for Chef Aless! My husband and I wanted to host Thanksgiving in NY, but since we were coming in from California and staying at an airbnb, we thought it would be a lot to have to cook everything. Enter Chef Aless. After reaching out, she responded right away and suggested a menu that sounded excellent. Communicating ahead of time was easy and seamless. Chef Aless delivered the food with simple instructions and everything looked great. She even brought extra decorations so we could present the Turkey beautifully to our guests. The food was delicious! My favorite was the truffle mashed potatoes but everything was yummy. Everyone that lives in NY asked for Chef Aless's number so they could use here in the future too. If you want to host a party with great food and no stress I definitely recommend reaching out to Chef Aless.

Chef Aless is an incredible chef and an absolute pleasure to work with. Aless and her team have catered numerous events for us, with anywhere from 8 to 100 people and we could not be more happy with the food and service she provides. She creates a unique menu for us every time and the food is always creative, beautifully presented and delicious. Our guests always rave about the food. We go to a lot of catered parties in the Hamptons and have yet to come across a caterer who provides the same quality. This past summer my husband was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and he was put on a "clean" diet (no dairy, meat, processed foods, etc.) as part of his treatment. I struggled to make dishes that he enjoyed so I recruited Chef Aless. With all of his restrictions, she was able to make amazing dishes that our entire family could enjoy. I never thought lentils could taste so good! She is incredibly flexible and accommodating to any needs. We plan to use Aless for all of our events in the future. I highly recommend her for any event!

Chef catered our wedding in Poughkeepsie, NY this past weekend. There were a total of 87 people, and we received just about the same number of compliments about the food (the most common being that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding). Starting with the passed hors d'oeuvre's, to the expansive cheese and charcuterie table, and then with our salad and family style dinner, we could not be more pleased. The staff was so easy to work with and accommodated all our set up requests. The service was efficient and helpful, in particular the front of house manager (I'm sorry, I forgot her name!). Should we ever need another event catered in the NY area, Chef Aless will be our first call.

Chef Aless is amazing! I was in a bind when I hired Chef Aless very last minute to be the caterer for our holiday company party. We spoke about my menu options and created something to fit our event of 18 guest. She arrived in a timely manner to our event space, brought all her own supplies and she even was nice enough to help serve the food. Everyone at our company holiday party raved about the food. It was all delicious. Afterwards she left the kitchen area spotless! I am definitely keeping in mind Chef Aless for future company events and I recommend her to anyone! Great experience!
