My love for food is shaped by my Moroccan heritage and large family meals. My culinary journey began when I spent summers in Israel as a child, watching my aunts cook for my huge extended family. My cooking style incorporates philosophies found in Israeli cuisine- using only fresh, seasonal ingredients, incorporating vibrant colors and layering complex flavors into each dish. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and have worked under some of LA’s top chefs, including Wolfgang Puck and Micah Wexler.

Chef Or's dishes are so professional and delicious. You can tell he has experience working in high-end restaurants. I loved his persimmon-topped burrata appetizer and want to try to recreate it myself. The branzino dish was so impressive too. I'd never had anything like it and was blown away by the flavor and texture. Chef Or is a really cool guy with amazing culinary skills. I would love to try even more of his dishes in the future!

Chef Or is really an incredible chef. He's trained in high-end, intense kitchens but comes off as cool, calm, and relaxed when he's cooking at home. His food was fantastic (LOVED the crispy skinned branzino) and the presentations were beautiful. I can't wait for the spring to go back and enjoy another Chef Or dinner in his beautifully shady backyard.
