Chef Mike

Thank you Chef Mike and your wife Mrs. Sheree, so much for coming into my home and providing me with such an amazing experience. Anyone who knows me you knows I love to eat, and chicken and waffles are one of my favorite things to eat. Not only are you kind and funny but you are a culinary wizard! Thank you for taking the time to teach me some simple techniques that will help me along the way. From the vegetable soup to the chicken and waffles, every course was tasty and well prepared. Thank you for being patient with me and teaching me some new cooking techniques paired with great food. This will definitely be a birthday experience to remember.

Chef Mike was amazing. My wife and I had the best cooking experience while celebrating our anniversary. My wife doesn’t cook at all, but by the end of the session she was confident with stepping into the kitchen and trying anything!!! By the way, the food was amazing. Chef Mike was able to adjust the meal to suit or dietary restrictions. Don’t sleep in. He’d Mike! The Best!!! Thank you!!!

1st experience with cozy meal...decided to book with Chef Mike and chose the Chicken and waffles dinner..amazing..every course was tasty and most excellently prepared, very enjoyable experience. This was the first type of chef at home experience I’ve ever had. Chef Mike and his wife were absolutely fantastic ! To start they text us to let us know that they were going to be to the house and promptly at 3:00 as they said the doorbell rang. From the beginning Chef Mike was professional and comfortable with setting up in the kitchen. He and his wife were both knowlegeable in cooking and you could tell they love what they do. They talked like we were friends and shared themselves with ease. What a grand experience. From beginning to end it was super. They cooked and presented the meal and cleaned up so at the end of the time they were done and ready to leave within the 2 hr and 1/2 time . There isn’t anything negative that I could say about either of these fine people. I would love to book them again for another special occasion. What lovely people and awesome chefs. This is a great concept. If you are looking for good traditional southern cookin’ then Chef Mike and his wife are your people. Thanks .

This was my first time using Cozymeal, and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. I surprised my wife for her birthday and Chef Mike and his wife Sheree made the day extra special. Not only did they accommodate my requests, they also made a special (incredibly delicious) cake just for you. It was amazing spending time with them and learning their amazing brunch menu. This was the best first experience on Cozymeal. Not only will we be using the service again, we're going with Chef Mike as well.

WOW, what a wonderful evening! This was our first Cozymeal experience and it was everything we expected and more! Chef Mike's meal did not disappoint! The vegetable soup was so rich in flavor, followed by homemade waffles and some of the crispiest, most delicious and moist fried chicken you will ever taste! All of that goodness was topped with a honey-butter, pecan sauce that still made me smile the next day. Of course, the meal was not to be outdone by the lemon bar dessert which was bursting with lemon flavor and a scratch, shortbread crust that topped off the PERFECT meal. Thanks to Chef Mike, and his wife, for a most memorable experience. My husband and I are certainly looking forward to enjoying more meals by the "food magician".

I asked Chef Mike to my house when I had a group of girls visiting me from the North and needed to show them some Southern Hospitality. Chef Mike and his lovely assistant were so warm and fun! We had fabulous fried pickles, Shrimp & Grits, a to-die-for Bread Pudding and A LOT of laughs. Chef Mike is very talented in the kitchen and extremely organized. We helped and we learned some new techniques. Be sure to ask him about his growing up in Savannah! I would do this again for sure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time learning from Chef Mike! Not only is Mike passionate about food, but he is also a wonderful storyteller and I loved hearing about what inspires him to cook for his family and community. He was very thorough when describing cooking techniques, and the final product was absolutely delicious! As an Atlanta local, I was very impressed by Mike's spin on the classic chicken and waffles dish. Chef Mike is a magician in the kitchen! Hands down...the best food experience ever.

Chef Mike incorporate's love in passion in all of the elegant dishes he prepares at moderate prices. Most recently I had the Lump Crab Cake Burger Meal with all of the trimmings. Appearance, Freshness, Taste, and Consistency made this the best Crab Cake Sandwich Meal the best ever. The sweet taste of fresh crab meat blended with Chef Mike's secret house seasoning is what made this lunch fare a cut above any fine bistro or cafe you can hope to visit. His meals are so appealing to the eyes and as well as mouth. I often have to marvel at each meal and send photos to friends before eating Chef Mike's many infamous meals.
