In this hands-on class with Chef Mike, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu of Southern-style delicatessen delicacies that are worthy of royalty.
You'll begin with what Chef Mike believes to be the king of the South: crispy on the outside and tangy on the inside fried green tomatoes. The king needs his queen, which has been dubbed Chef Mike's sumptuous shrimp salad served on a warm, buttery croissant sided by sweet potato chips. For dessert, you'll discover why the chocolate chewy is the crowned prince of the South.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
