After graduating with a B.A. in Japanese and East Asian Studies, Chef Andi's desire to expand her horizons took her to Japan where her interest in natural living resulted in launching several companies, including an organic raw vegan chocolate company. In 2011, she returned to the U.S. and earned her M.S. in Nutrition. Chef Andi is now an instructor at the university level, lauded for an unmatched level of creativity in the kitchen.
