In this hands-on class with Chef Andi, you will learn a dazzling array of healthy recipes that are free of dairy, gluten, and white sugar, and are perfect for snacking or for sharing at your next party.
You'll begin by handcrafting almond flour crackers that are great for dipping — especially in a creamy walnut-miso cheese dip. You will also learn how to make nutty turkey bacon bars that provide the perfect balance of sweet and salty, as well as almond hummus, roasted Brussels sprouts, and a decadent chocolate avocado pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
