In this hands-on class with Chef Andi, you will learn healthy, delicious alternatives to traditional Italian dishes without the use of dairy, gluten, or white sugar!
You'll begin by discovering how zucchini can be the perfect substitute for noodles — especially when stuffed with creamy, herb-infused cashew cheese. Then, you'll learn how to make chicken piccata dredged in herbs and almond flour, and pan-fried with capers and lemon. For dessert, a plant-based rendition of traditional tiramisu that layers a nutty espresso crust, vanilla cashew cream, and chocolate mousse dusted with cacao powder.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
