In this hands-on class with Chef Andi, you will learn how to prepare a healthy, three course, Mediterranean-inspired meal that is free of beans, gluten, diary, and white sugar.
You'll begin by learning how to bake falafels to crunchy perfection. Then, you will master making tortillas from cauliflower and prepare fillings such as succulent herb-marinated chicken, creamy cashew sour cream sauce, and sautéed spinach. You'll end the meal with rich, tart lemon bars, with a base of oats and almond flour, and a creamy honey-sweetened lemon topping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
