In this hands-on team building class with Chef Michael, you and your team will be transported into an elegant evening in Provence with Chef Michael's luxurious three-course menu.
Provence is a beautiful region full of foods from the best in France, Italy, and the Mediterranean. You and your team will work together to prepare an outstanding meal with regional ingredients like zucchini, tarragon and mustard, and inspiration from this enchanting epicurean region. At the end of class, you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Seared Tuna With Mustard Pine Nut Vinaigrette
