Create and enjoy a festive four-course Italian meal.

Learn more about traditional Italian cooking including all four courses of antipasto, primo, secondo, and dolce. A 12-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Chef Carolina brings the experience from a legacy of wholesome cooking in her family as well as a drive to promote natural, unprocessed foods.

Italian food is much more diverse than pasta and red sauce, and in this hands-on class, Chef Carolina will instruct on the finer details of salad ingredient pairing, stuffed meat preparation, glazed vegetables, and cake. Join your teammates in assembling, braising, roasting, and baking a divine Italian feast and enjoy your creations at the end of the class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Carolina and her family were so welcoming to our very large group. If I could leave 10 stars I would. She was lively, fun and most of all such a lovely person. The whole evening was a huge success! Everyone loved the experience. We highly recommend Chef Carolina and her staff. They really make you feel like family. The cooking was fun. The instructions were easy to follow and everything you needed was ready to go and available. The meal itself was delicious.

Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
