Reimagine classic Italian-American recipes in this team-building class. Chef Teena brings 20 years of cooking to the table and will show you the steps to prepare an elegant meal inspired by her time in Lucca, Italy. Roll up your sleeves and dive in with your colleagues to create an Italian feast!

This hands-on class will give you the confidence to re-create a complete Italian dinner at home. Chef Teena will lead the class in the preparation of popular dishes such as caprese salad, a zesty chicken piccata, decadent Alfredo, and a surprise dessert. This menu features fresh and bold flavors perfect for year-round entertaining.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Overall a good experience. However we could have spent more time actually cooking under direction with people rotating through stations. Also food quantity could have been a bit more generous- esp salad and main dish! Chef Teena was good and very flexible and adapted to our group needs. Will definitely recommend her for an event
