In this hands-on team building cooking class, an expert chef will guide your team through using fresh ingredients for a fun, collaborative brunch experience.
Your team will begin by preparing creamy polenta and poached eggs topped with a meaty bacon carbonara sauce. Next, they’ll work together to make a savory mushroom Croque Madame topped with fresh truffle pâté, and fresh hollandaise sauce to drizzle over seared steak and blanched asparagus. End your team building experience by whipping up fresh pancakes served with a delectable blueberry jam.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I bought this as a surprise birthday gift for my fiancé, and we had so much fun! We were a part of every step, learned A LOT, and our two chefs were super fun and engaging.

Nice guy, but it was put in a little of this and a little of that. No written handout for my granddaughter to take home. The main sauce for flavoring was already made. Knives VERY dull. Didn’t make flan, just served flan already made. Finished 1/2 hour early
Saw an email asking us to come at 4 instead of 6 after I got home. Expensive cooking class for a quick in and out. I have taken classes in France, Italy, San Francisco, etc. Cassie will never be able to get the same results without a recipe to start

Experience was great. The resident/Chef Roddy were able to accommodate late adds to our party and were very hospitable. Restaurant was a little warm inside when we arrived but AC was turned up and the fan was out on. Overall great Mother’s Day experience.

We had a great time with Chef Rodney and his team. We had about 11 people in our group and the reviews of the class and the meal all came back fantastic from our team. The only thing I'd want to warn future participants of is that this experience is a bit of a blend between having a cooking class and a meal. The Chef's team ran us through a few recipes as a group like making a scratch Ceasar Dressing, bolognese, and garlic bread. Then we all divided into small groups and tried our hand at making pasta. We sampled our creations, but then a bit of cooking show magic happened, and Chef's team took over. They brought out premade portions for the rest of the meal and brought it together.
So we got to have a very nice meal served. Had some fun in the kitchen. And had a great private experience. Great event, I'm a big fan.

Very enjoyable and relaxed experience with a very friendly and capable chef Albert. Was well prepared ingredients and easy to execute steps with clear guidance to prepare the four course meal! Great family bonding for the three of us.

Roddy is an amazing chef and his team was so kind and accommodating. They made my birthday very special. My friends and I really enjoyed our selves and it was a very great learning experience. This class will definitely make you want to get in the kitchen!

Really great and fun experience!!!! Our chef was super friendly and explained everything, including some of their own suggestions on how to adjust the taste of the main course. Got to participate hands on with the cooking and prep and the end result was delicious!!!

I booked this class for Valentine’s Day. It was disappointing as the food we ate was made beforehand and we did not get to do any cooking. The experience was not as advertised and neither was the food.

Experience was not at all as described. We weren’t able to really cook anything. Everything was already made and prepared before arrival. We did not get to pick which kind of pasta we could prepare. The food was good, but for the price we would’ve just gone to a fancy restaurant instead. We did not get the cooking class experience that we paid for. The Chef said that since there were too many people, it wasn’t going to be possible to cook and prepare everything as described on the website. Truly disappointed by the experience.

We loved our class with Chef Roddy! He was so welcoming and the space was perfect. We had so much fun learning new techniques and he kept us engaged the entire time. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to develop their culinary skills and enjoy a night out!
