Team Building Activity - The Best Guacamole Competition
Get your crew in smash mode for a guacamole-making challenge with Chef Greg, where the best guac on the block takes top prize. Your team will have a blast creating their best takes on this beloved dip.
Your event begins with fun trivia and tips on conquering the 'cado before the tournament gets underway. Then, it's teammate against teammate in a battle to mix up the greatest guacamole in the group. Enjoy a DIY taco station for lunch and sip on non-alcoholic sangria (you may provide your own wine) as they savor their sweet, smooth victory!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
Ingredient options include avocados, ripe tomatoes, spices, citrus, corn, beans, red onions, tropical fruit, chili peppers and more
