Get ready for a fun and exciting team building cooking class with Chef Katie featuring several classic French bistro dishes your entire team will love.
The three-course class begins with a traditional quiche Lorraine with homemade pastry crust, eggs, bacon and gruyere, followed by a hot and savory French onion soup brimming with onions and beef broth, and topped with creamy cheese. For dessert, learn the classic French art of tarte aux pommes filled with apples and served with handmade caramel and whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This baking class was excellent! Katie was fun and informative and gave greta tips for baking. My husband and I absolutely loved this class and we would love to take more with Katie. She was fantastic.

After earning status as a proud alumnus of New York’s award-winning International Culinary Center, Chef Katie went on to hone her craft working at various renowned fine dining establishments in New York City, including Le Cirque, The Russian Tea Room, and more. Now the owner of a culinary studio and event space, Chef Katie has been featured on popular shows like Food Network's Sweet Genius, Chopped and The Today Show as well as in magazines and cookbooks.
