Take comfort food up a notch with Chef Katie's elevated twists on classic favorites.

In this team building cooking class, Chef Katie will teach you how to make dishes that are both elegant and comforting while using high-quality ingredients and boosting team bonding along the way.

Begin with handmade pizzettas topped with prosciutto, figs and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, or tomato, basil and goat cheese as a vegetarian option. Follow this with truffled chicken pot pies in puff pastry, then fry up ricotta doughnuts drizzled with honey or homemade chocolate ganache. You'll make these recipes time and time again!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had so much fun with Chef Katie. We learned to make macaroons and played with colors and flavors. We also made and decorated cupcakes too. It would be so fun with kids or for a birthday.
