Gather your team for sweet fun with Chef Katie's doughnut workshop.
In this team building baking class, you'll focus on three types of doughnuts featuring fresh ingredient and smart cooking techniques. Create dough for raised yeast and cake doughnuts, and then learn how to cut and bake or fry them. Get ready for a fun class filled with sweet bites finished with glazes, drizzles and jam fillings.
The first variety is fried beignets filled with jelly, then you'll learn how to make baked mini-doughnuts. Finally, fry up ricotta doughnut holes. Finish up with jelly fillings, icing and sprinkles for the perfect team activity.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After earning status as a proud alumnus of New York’s award-winning International Culinary Center, Chef Katie went on to hone her craft working at various renowned fine dining establishments in New York City, including Le Cirque, The Russian Tea Room, and more. Now the owner of a culinary studio and event space, Chef Katie has been featured on popular shows like Food Network's Sweet Genius, Chopped and The Today Show as well as in magazines and cookbooks.
