In this private chef experience, Chef Tre curates a land and sea menu with a contemporary feel. Begin with crispy crab cakes over a bed of wilted baby kale, and macaroni and cheese infused with the elegant flavor of lobster. Chef Tre will serve a lemon herb rack of lamb with roasted asparagus and rosemary garlic potatoes for your main course, followed by raspberry and dark chocolate cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
