Private Chef - Upscale Modern Surf and Turf
Chef Tre reimagines surf and turf by putting creative spins on classic dishes.
In this private chef experience, Chef Tre curates a land and sea menu with a contemporary feel. Begin with crispy crab cakes over a bed of wilted baby kale, and macaroni and cheese infused with the elegant flavor of lobster. Chef Tre will serve a lemon herb rack of lamb with roasted asparagus and rosemary garlic potatoes for your main course, followed by raspberry and dark chocolate cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The food was delicious and abundant! We finished the night quite full and very satisfied. Perhaps our favorite part was the dessert. Not usually a huge pound cake fan, but this is not a usual pound cake - don't let your image of pound cake fool you! Chef Tre brought everything with him, so no need to even have plates or silverware. And when he left, we discovered some remaining risotto that he left for us so we could continue enjoying the experience days later. Thank you so much, Chef Tre!

My experience was awesome. Chef Tre was great. The conversation, the food and the presentation was all stellar. Five Stars all the way. Definitely booking again with a bigger group.

Multi-talented Chef Tre was a Marine and a firefighter before tackling culinary school and launching his own catering company. His experience has taken him through restaurants helmed by some of the top chefs in the Washington, D.C. area. His focus is mainly on French, Italian, Creole and Cajun traditions. With a blend of technical savvy, imagination and passion, Chef Tre shares his love of all cuisine with his students.
