Take a culinary tour through the French countryside with Chef Rebecca in this four-course private chef experience. Begin with a silky Jerusalem artichoke purée topped with seared scallops and a thyme oil drizzle, and an elegant haricots verts and potato salad with a Champagne vinaigrette. The main course features Julia Child's classic beef bourguignon bursting with flavors of cognac-glazed mushrooms, pearl onions and Burgundy wine. End your feast with simple mixed berry tartes.

Chef Rebecca was amazing and very welcoming to her home. She was very patient and I learned tips and how to make a French Brie cheese with an apple compote. The experience was really good for my wife and I. The French Fare dinner was delicious and I learned to make a Ratatouille! Thank you, Chef Rebecca!!
