In this private chef experience, discover a traditional Italian four-course meal prepared by Chef David. First, delight in a fresh salad with the chef's own Caesar dressing recipe, and savor pasta filled with lemony ricotta and topped with a sage-butter sauce. Next, enjoy handmade chicken piccata paired with a fresh sautéed broccolini followed by a delectable lemon ricotta cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend David!! We did the South American cooking night for a friends birthday. He arrived early, brought all the ingredients and set up. He taught us about the culture around the food we were eating, and we put together a meal that was restaurant worthy and absolutely incredible. David brought all the food and equipment, and even cleaned up! We love talking to him, and learning from him. This was really such a special experience we hope to do again.

The experience was incredible! My son and I took the class together, and with Chef David’s great instructions we were able to make a delicious three course Italian meal. He was fun, courteous, well prepared, and on time. Highly recommended.

After starting his culinary career in his native Colombia, Chef David S. brought his talents to Los Angeles. He's worked with chefs in Michelin-star restaurants and has served as a gourmet private chef for several years. His passion for experimenting with flavors leads his quest to craft new recipes, especially when it comes to his Latin-American heritage. With a sense of innovation and curiosity, Chef David S. is excited to share his talents.
