In this private chef experience, Chef Mert takes you behind the scenes of a Michelin star restaurant, sharing a unique and creative menu. Begin with a tricolor salad featuring slivered almonds, blood oranges and arugula. A halibut passion fruit ceviche awaits in the next course, followed by a stunning sea bass with sauce meunière. Dessert features a perfectly executed magnolia with banana wafers and wild berries.
