This dim sum class was fast paced but fun! You definitely had to pay close attention! Chef Deb was very knowledgeable however was stretched thin with 16 people in the class to help at once. Food was delicious- this was my 3rd cozy meal class and I’d be happy to try another again!

Eric is a fantastic chef, teacher and entertainer! We had so much fun learning, cooking and especially eating the mouth watering food - stuffed mushrooms, homemade Italian pasta, and donuts! 100% recommend spending time in the kitchen with Eric. We will sign up again!

Chef Kelly is great at what she does! Our pasta making experience was soooo worth it! My wife and I looked at each other after getting home and said, "Why do we buy pasta?" When we can make it ourselves! Chef Kelly has a great set up for this class and was so helpful! Thank you!

Chef Jaime's menu selection was outstanding! The Scallops and Risotto were amazing. To finish off the meal, Jamie made us a lemon pie with graham cracker crust, which was the best I’ve had. Jaime was fun and we loved hearing his stories. We will definitely be doing this again!

My husband organized a sushi class party as a birthday gift. Our guests and I had a pleasant time. Be sure to have sharp knives, multiple bowls (for mixing the ingredients), saran wrap, big pans with lids, and multiple chopping boards ready.

Such a great experience and delicious food! Sarah was an amazing teacher and host and did an awesome job of guiding us though the recipes. She patiently explained various aspects of how to perform different steps, why they were being done that way, and tips and tricks to use in our own kitchen. Will definitely be taking one of her classes again!

Chef Eric was awesome! I set up the class as an activity for my bachelorette weekend. He taught us how to make bruschetta, manicotti, and strawberry granitas from scratch. The cooking class was great! My wife and I really enjoyed learning from Chef Joshua about how to make pasta. We were curious students of the game and he answered all of our questions about the pasta-making experience. We made gnocchi a few days after his visit based on his guidance and it turned out excellent. I would highly recommend this to anyone with an interest in learning more or honing their craft.

This was a great class! We were with one other couple, and Chef Nick talked us through how to prepare all the parts of the meal. We made salmon tartare, steak frites, and creme brulee. Those hand-cut fries were the best fries I ever ate, and we made them! Nick is a warm host, and we enjoyed our class and dinner in his home.
