He wasn't our chef. We had another lady. I don't recall ever seeing him at all actually. We did have fun though. Macarons were a bit messed up and the caramel the lady chef made was messed up too haha. Things could've gone better, but good experience nonetheless.

Chef Craig was very engaged with all of us. There were 14 in total in the group yet he successfully navigated around the room and answered everyone’s questions. We prepared a delicious spinach & beet salad making the dressing from scratch. We made a caramel sauce to pour over the cooked pears which were topped with an englaze sauce. Fingerling potatoes and a delicious steak that we were taught to season and cook to perfection! We highly recommend this experience! The cooking stations are paired into groups of 4 so if you want to experience this along with friends and family, group yourselves into groups of 4. You won’t regret it! Thanks for ALL the cooking tips, Chef Craig!!

Chef Lula was phenomenal! I planned a surprise Bday cooking class/dinner for my husband, and Chef Lula took all the stress away. She arrived on-time and brought EVERYTHING! She made herself available to chat with prior to arriving and made an allergy accommodation for my husband. This was the best experience ever! The entire meal we prepared was so flavorful and delicious. We learned so much along the way. She made the night fun and a wonderful take-away experience. We had so much food left over, and it tasted even better the next day. Don't hesitate to book her for a casual or a fancy class/ meal, it was a great experience. Will be booking again very soon! Thank you Chef Lula!!!!

We had a lovely evening with Chef Sharon! She was extremely courteous, attentive, responsive and the list goes on! She had planned the menu for the three course meal and prepared the ingredients meticulously to make the experience a breeze for us! Her place was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy for our experience. She had well cleaned vessels for cooking and well laid out cutlery to use for dining. It was easy to find her place and park our car as well. The food we cooked tasted amazing and she was courteous enough to send us home with leftovers of our cooking in containers. We would definitely try this experience with chef Sharon for another menu and recommend others to try this cooking class as well!

Chef Zach was oustanding! He is very knowledgeable and we loved the way he conducted this workshop. He is well prepared, shared his expertise in a very friendly, non-intimidating way. He didn't just give us instructions to make it, he was considerate to also shared what could go wrong and how to recover when possible. Face it - professionals make it look easy until you have to do it on your own and nothing was what you remembered from class. Things which I thought would have been OK to substitute, so glad he went over how changing even the stirring tool could have ended in disaster. Appreciated chef Zach inviting us into his home which felt and look absolutely cozy yet elegant.
