Cooking Class - Homemade Vegetarian Italian Classics
In this hands-on class with Chef Sharon, you'll learn the tips, tricks, and techniques needed to prepare three classic vegetarian Italian dishes completely from scratch.
You will begin by adding an Italian twist to a fresh radicchio salad with gorgonzola, sage croutons and pesto vinaigrette. Then, you will work on stewing your mushroom risotto, which showcases a luxurious and creamy texture laced with rustic flavors. And for dessert, you will make a traditional Italian panna cotta infused with rosemary and served with a homemade berry confit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
