Chef Lula was amazing! We decided on the Asian Fusion meal for our anniversary and it was the perfect meal. We felt catered to and learned cooking techniques. Chef Lula provided EVERYTHING (plus an awesome playlist) and left us with a clean kitchen AND leftovers! We absolutely will be calling her again to try out her private dining services as well. Would HIGHLY recommend especially during this Covid time when you want to experience a date night safely!

Thai time with the Chef was so much fun! The food was authentic and AMAZING! I decided to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday since she loves to cook and she loved it!! Learning from a world class Chef like Paolo was very intriguing to say the least, he shared his experiences and was very helpful in teaching us the craft. Everything on the menu was a hit with our guests that night, we all found a new appreciation for the preparation of food. We will definitely be booking with Chef Paolo in the near future! Cheers.

We ordered the sushi meal for a birthday and just had a blast with Chef Paolo. He was super prepared and adapted to our small kitchen space. Loved the experience and will be ordering another learning meal in the future. What a great gift idea!

Chef Lula was great! She walked us through each step in food preparation and guided us well. We had such a fun time and greatly enjoyed our experience! She even put any leftovers in our tupperware for us. Since she brought all the things to cook the meal, there were no dishes to clean up, which was particularly good as my partner and I were in a delicious food coma by the end of the night. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time, Chef Lula!

We loved Chef Chris' sushi making class! The knowledge and wisdom of his craft is on full display as he teaches the art! Chef Chris is such a wonderful and friendly instructor as he creates an environment that is personable and informative throughout the class, making it entertaining and relaxing, allowing us to enjoy it to the fullest! The food was fantastic, and the class was excellent, and it gave us an experience to remember! I look forward to using Chef Chris again!

Such a fun experience! Highly recommend if you're looking for something more than just going to a restaurant. Food was incredibly delicious and picked up a new knife trick along the way. Chef Lula was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Always helpful to learn tips and tricks from a professional. Plus it’s a great way to spend date night!

Chef Lula created a truly extraordinary dining experience. Friendly and engaging. Her Asian baby back ribs are fall off the bone delicious. I never knew you could cook ribs in 2 hrs and get that kind of result. Flavor balance and uniquely different dishes made this night truly memorable dining.

My 15 year old granddaughter picked the Ancient and Modern Asian Fusion experience for her birthday experience. Chef Lula was an absolute joy! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She taught us a lot about seasoning profiles and gave some knife skill tips too. Our meal was absolutely delicious!! My granddaughter made some of the recipes for her family a couple of days later and they absolutely loved them as well. This was a great experience. Thanks Chef Lula!!

Loved, loved, LOVED Lula! She was an *AMAZING* chef. She completely blew our minds with her Asian fusion that incorporated recognizable Southern ingredients. The coconut rice, ribs, wontons and everything else was truly mouthwatering. She made us so much food we're still eating it two days later. Thank you Lula!

I booked Paolo for a special cooking night for my wife and I’s fifth year anniversary. Paolo provided an amazing experience from start to finish! We were able to set everything up at our Airbnb. Paolo was professional and thorough as he explained everything that we would need for the evening and guided us through our education on food preparation in a very personable way. We both very much enjoyed making our four course meal and learning tips in the kitchen that we will use for years to come. The food also came out amazing and we took plenty of pictures of it all. I would definitely recommend Paolo and will be requesting him the next time I use this service!

Chef Lee is a very skilled teacher. We were able to do it at home with no problem. He also sent us home with some sushi vinegar and nori paper so that we wouldn’t have to go Grand Prairie to buy supplies before we began.

Chef Paolo was incredibly informative, conversational and well-organized. He not only taught us how to make amazing sushi, but everyday techniques like how to properly use a knife, cut an onion as well as expert French and Japanese cooking techniques. Thai time with Chef Paolo was an absolutely amazing night! We laughed, learned, and yearn for more. All of the dishes were amazing, it is hard to decide which was my favorite. Chef Paolo was interactive with us throughout the whole meal and engaged us in every dish which were all so fun to make. Chef Paolo is also an absolutely amazing teacher - bringing history of food and culture together, with special little tricks and secret ingredients (who would have known different types of salt actually matter)! I can’t wait to try out our new Thai skills with friends and family, and look forward to seeing what else we can learn from Chef Paolo.

He used extremely high quality ingredients in all of his dishes, taught us a lot about how to make everything, and shared great stories about the history of each dish and how all of the flavors come together! Learning with Chef Eric was such a treat! From the gorgeous blue door that greets you to the modern design of his kitchen, there is something about Chef Eric’s home that echoes his cool personality and relaxed teaching style. His menu is perfect for any and all tastes and easy to recreate in your own kitchen. I walked away from his class feeling great about the entire experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn a new way to impress future dinner guests!

His teaching style transforms learning the preparation and execution of Asian cuisine into a simple, yet exciting process that will translate easily into your own kitchen. If you are looking to make a change to your home menu, or simply looking to add additional knowledge of Asian cuisine to your repertoire, Chef Lee’s class is excellent.

The instructor was Kellyanne, and the class did not meet our expectations. She was knowledgeable enough about making the noodles for the ramen, but the time wasn’t managed well. The class started 15 minutes late and ran over 30 late. Someone had been to the store and dropped off the mushrooms and edamame for the class about 30 minutes after it started. Not enough preparation was done ahead of the class because she was able to talk us through the noodle making steps but she was too preoccupied making the pork, hydrating mushrooms, steeping the seaweed, cooking edamame, redoing dough, etc at the same time. This is the second class in a week that I took and I definitely expected more quality from them. I feel as though the $320 I spent though Cozymeal for the French Pastry class for one and the Ramen class for two was wasted. I would never take another class and wish I had chosen a different option from CozyMeal. I wish I could recommend, but I cannot based on these two experiences.
