Cooking Class - Fresh Market Flavors
In this hands-on class, Chef Sharon promises to bring only the freshest, locally grown ingredients to the table. She will then show you how to use all of these incredible ingredients to build a four-course menu highlighting the fresh flavors of the season.
You'll begin with a carrot soup infused with orange and mixed with tangy cream and savory chorizo crumbles before learning how to curate your own roast beef. You will then move onto the palate cleanser course before exploring panna cotta's versatility and caramelizing peaches.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
