In this hands-on class, Chef Jess will provide an introduction to a variety of Asian ingredients and flavor combinations that will help you incorporate new and exciting flavors into your cooking.
Chef Jess will use her three-course vegetarian and vegan menu to show you how just a few simple Asian ingredients and sauces have the ability to add a big explosion of flavor and complexity to your meals. A few ingredients and flavors you'll be working with include ginger, red curry paste, soy sauce, miso, sesame oil and lime.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
