Chef Todd is known for his ability to breathe new life into authentic Southwestern staples and he shows you how in this hands-on class.
You'll start with a bright Baja shrimp ceviche to wake up the palate before moving onto an earthy, dry rubbed skirt steak quickly grilled over charcoal that boasts a kick from chile powder and ground coffee complimented by roasted tomatillos and smashed avocado with sea salt and citrus. Finally, you will brew a Mexican hot chocolate with a touch of cinnamon and just enough sweetness to satisfy.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
