In this hands-on class, you will be taught how to prepare two delicious desserts by Chef Patsy, who competed and won a Food Network baking competition! Get ready to up your dessert game with these out-of-the-box recipes.
Chef Patsy will teach you how to master the techniques of her impressive winning desserts featured on the show "Bakers vs. Fakers." The first: triple chocolate ginger brownies that are fudgy, perfectly spicy, and simply divine. And secondly, sweet and tangy layers of an incredible and beautiful white chocolate lime mousse parfait come together for the perfect ending.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Patsy is awesome! She is able to explain everything very clearly and gives extra tips along the way. Her food is both simple enough to master but impressive enough to serve to guests for a fancy dinner. Highly recommend!

Chef Patsy has accumulated over 25 years of award-winning experience in the culinary industry working at prominent restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and cooking schools across the country. Some of her many job titles have included executive chef, pastry chef, and cooking instructor. Chef Patsy has also been a chef talent for special events and on TV, including a recent win on Food Network's "Bakers vs. Fakers."
