But in this hands-on class, Chef Mukti breaks down Indian cuisine's spicy stereotype and shows you that there are thousands of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian dishes that are perfectly mild.

Chef Mukti will guide you through preparing a spice-forward, yet completely mild five-course Indian menu. From curries to kabobs, Chef Mukti will teach you the techniques and skills needed to prepare an array of deliciously mild Indian dishes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My girlfriend and I attended cooking class with Chef Mukti and we had a great experience. We cook quite a bit of food, but we learned a lot about the fundamentals of cooking Indian cuisine from her. She taught us about the essential spices, how to prepare them for cooking and how to integrate in to each recipe we made during the class. I would strongly recommend taking this class and any of the classes she offers.
