Travel with Chef RJ to Liguria, a coastal region in Northwest Italy known for robust seafood, Genoese pesto sauce, beautiful artisan cheeses, amazing focaccia di Recco, and some of the world's most wonderful pasta dishes.
In this hands-on class, you will learn about everything on your plate as Chef RJ explains balancing flavors and the importance of sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll also learn the ins and outs of fresh pasta, blanching and preparing garden-fresh vegetables, as well as roasting and even "cooking" seafood using fresh citrus juices.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
