WHAT YOU’LL DO
Roll fresh sushi in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kena.
In this cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare sushi rice, slice fresh vegetables and assemble flavorful rolls with guidance at every step. You’ll make a spicy salmon or tuna roll with sushi-grade fish, Kewpie mayonnaise and sriracha, then create a California-style crab roll with avocado, cucumber and nori.
Practice spreading rice evenly over nori, filling and shaping each roll with a bamboo mat before slicing your creations into bite-sized pieces. Finish with toasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi for the classic sushi-shop touch. Book your spot today!
