Chef Joseph knows that gnocchi may pre-date pasta, but these “little knuckles” still receive pride of place in Italian cuisine. From Nona’s table to the finest ristorante, Chef Joseph knows his gnocchi and he wants to pass down all of his gnocchi wisdom to you in this hands-on class.
Chef Joseph has a knack for relieving the intimidation factor in cooking so you can relax and enjoy becoming the culinary architect while learning three gnocchi dishes. Before you know it, you'll be a pro at handcrafting these little dumpling treats.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joseph was amazing! We celebrated my girlfriends birthday and the venue was very cozy and romantic. Joseph gave us easy to follow instructions and allowed us to really cook for ourselves. Not only were his stories wildly entertaining, he also demonstrated a deep knowledge on the food prepared. His prep made cooking very fun and easy! We both had a great time and it was exactly the experience we were hoping for.

Chef Joseph was AMAZING!!! I wondered how all the reviews on Cozymeal were 5 stars, but now I understand. I booked this for a first date and it could not have gone better. Chef Joseph was prepared, thoughtful, and extremely accommodating. We will be taking more classes in the future because we can’t say enough good things about the experience.

A graduate of Kendall College and an entrepreneur of many culinary businesses, Chef Joseph teaches and dishes up eclectic and inventive marvels with step-by-step tutorials. His friendly and sociable personality immediately welcomes each student when they walk through the door, and his classes are always overflowing with good food, good stories, and lots of laughter.
