In this hands-on class with Chef Rachelle, you will create an impressive three-course meal loaded with humble, fresh ingredients. The entire meal strikes the perfect balance between savory, sweet, and bitter.
You'll begin with a fresh green soup that is impossibly tasty and simple. For the main course, you will build a bright herb salad full of organic vegetables. Then, learn the technique to preparing the chicken and cooking it to perfection for a tender, juicy breast. You'll also make goat cheesecake with raspberry sauce for the grand finale.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
