In this hands-on class, Chef William demonstrates the art of mise en place so you can set yourself up for success in creating this impressive Italian meal.
You will begin by preparing the gnocchi dough so that it has enough time to rest before cooking, then prepare the dessert first by making the cannoli and fresh ricotta cheese filling. Next, begin working on the main events: grilled vegetables complemented with fresh mozzarella and a tangy pop of balsamic followed by golden chicken swimming in creamy mushroom-studded sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We really enjoyed our evening with Chef William! He explained every step so that we could learn and remember for next team, and made us feel comfortable immediately. Will was great company, interesting, and lots of fun. We learned a lot and totally enjoyed working with him in our kitchen. And we produced a delicious meal. Hope to meet Will again. Highly recommend Will for a dinner experience.

So much fun! Chef Will was great at demonstrating how to do things and then encouraging us to step outside our comfort zones so we could do it ourselves and feel proud of our finished products. He also taught us different techniques and ideas for cooking the recipes again in the future to create some variety. Chef Will was very personable, so it was easy to have conversations with him about topics other than food/cooking.
