In this hands-on class, Chef William demonstrates the art of mise en place so you can set yourself up for success in creating this impressive Italian meal.
You will begin by preparing the gnocchi dough so that it has enough time to rest before cooking, then prepare the dessert first by making the cannoli and fresh ricotta cheese filling. Next, begin working on the main events: grilled vegetables complemented with fresh mozzarella and a tangy pop of balsamic followed by golden chicken swimming in creamy mushroom-studded sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
