Take a journey back to the Paleolithic era with Chef Eric in this hands-on cooking class. No matter what you’re dietary preferences, this class is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Begin by poaching and cooling the local albacore tuna and making veggie crepes to sheath the rich tuna and avocado salad. Then, cook the bacon, roast the sweet potatoes, and utilize smart knife skills to thinly shred brussel sprouts to accompany a beautifully seared tender duck breast. End the evening with a decadent paleo molten center chocolate cake.
