In this hands-on class with Chef Conor, you'll learn how to take Southern soul food to the next level. As you work your way through Chef Conor's indulgent three-course menu, you'll learn basic knife skills, sauté work, sauce making, and Southern baking techniques.
You'll begin with an impressive green bean dish that's simple to make, yet complex in flavor and texture. For the main course, fried pork chops bathed in homemade gravy and paired with a refreshing, sweet and tangy salad. For dessert, you'll build the ultimate strawberry shortcake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

we really enjoyed our experience and meeting with Conner! the food was delicious and he was super knowledgeable willing to answer questions on things outside of the menu we were tasting. We'll probably do it again but have him come to us.

Meet your chef
Chef Conor began his culinary career at the age of 15 as a dishwasher. After growing to love the controlled chaos of the kitchen, he went on to complete degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management and a cooking internship in Paris. Chef Conor receives the greatest joy from the training that goes on in a kitchen, and the teaching aspect of being a chef is what he loves most about his work.
