Learn how to cook like a peasant and dine like royalty in this hands-on class.
In this hands-on class with Chef Conor, you will learn the art of creating and enjoying seasonal peasant French classics. Chef Conor will give an introduction to basic knife skills, sauté work, baking, and plating throughout the class.
You will begin with a vegetable ratatouille complete with peasant bread to mop up all the flavors. For the plat principal, you'll prepare local trout cooked in brown butter and lemon and pair it with a refreshing frisee salad. For dessert, apples baked in caramel with butter cookie topping and whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

we really enjoyed our experience and meeting with Conner! the food was delicious and he was super knowledgeable willing to answer questions on things outside of the menu we were tasting. We'll probably do it again but have him come to us.
Meet your chef
Chef Conor began his culinary career at the age of 15 as a dishwasher. After growing to love the controlled chaos of the kitchen, he went on to complete degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management and a cooking internship in Paris. Chef Conor receives the greatest joy from the training that goes on in a kitchen, and the teaching aspect of being a chef is what he loves most about his work.
