Get ready for the ultimate pizza party experience hosted by the incredibly talented Chef Danielle.
In the hands-on class with Chef Danielle, take your techniques up a notch by learning how to hand toss homemade dough and create both classic and creative combinations you can make to wow a crowd.
First, you will make a batch of hand-kneaded dough and work on prepping some other toppings while it rises. Next, you will make a pesto sauce for a different twist on a base as well as a classic tomato pizza sauce. Finally, you'll make a meat pie with local mushrooms and either sausage or pepperoni.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a surprise for Father’s Day. Danielle was very kind and engaging, and right away made the best pizza any of the dads had ever eaten. I look forward to many more classes with Danielle.

Our pasta making class with Danielle was such a great experience! She engaged three generations of participants, the youngest of which were two 10-year-old boys and they LOVED it. One of the boys even commented that Danielle felt more like a good friend cooking with us! We learned a lot of new cooking tips (even those of us who are pretty avid cooks already), had lots of fun together and ate really well! Look forward to more chances to cook with her for sure.
