Chef Britney, who recently moved to Portland from Texas, is a knowledgeable and experienced chef that will turn your kitchen into a culinary playground. Her class is easy to follow, and the recipes are simple, yet the flavors are unique, well-balanced and sophisticated. This class balances between the rustic crunch of the baguette and acidity of braised red cabbage, citrusy lush apricots complimented by pistachios and clean flavors of white fish on bed of simple vegetables. You will leave this class knowing that a high brow dinner to impress your friends and family with is at your fingertips.

She rose through the ranks, starting as a prep cook, working her way to a lead line cook, then to a gourmet cook, and now, a personal chef. She has experience with all types of cuisines, and has an array of know-how preparing just about anything and everything. Chef Britney knows about to create a well-rounded menu that is enticing and absolutely divine.
