Northern Italian cuisine is divine. It is classy. It is gourmet. But it is not out of your reach! Chef Britney will introduce you to flavorsome ways to create enchanting Northern Italian dishes. Learn how to assemble a crostini with succulent ingredients, such as prosciutto, mint, and figs. Polpettes (meatballs) made with pork and fennel are restaurant worthy, and something you can learn how to create. Pears poached with white wine end the evening.

Her class is easy to follow, and the recipes are simple, yet the flavors are unique, well-balanced and sophisticated. This class balances between the rustic crunch of the baguette and acidity of braised red cabbage, citrusy lush apricots complimented by pistachios and clean flavors of white fish on bed of simple vegetables.
