Learn how your favorite rolls come together in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jesse. You’ll discover the fundamentals of sushi-making, from preparing sticky, seasoned rice to assembling simple, flavorful rolls with clean, precise technique.

Start by mastering sushi rice, then smooth it over a sheet of nori before adding classic fillings. You'll build a California roll with crab, creamy avocado and crisp cucumber, followed by a tuna and cucumber roll featuring fresh, tender fish. Chef Jesse will share pro tips for rolling tightly and slicing neatly so your sushi not only tastes incredible but looks beautiful too. Finish by enjoying your handmade creations and head home ready to recreate them anytime.
