Weeknight dinners that will make you want to eat at home.

Welcome aspiring chefs! Whether you are a novice to cooking or would like to expand your skills and techniques, in this class you will learn recipes that you can recreate at home.

Students will prepare both simple weeknight recipes and dishes that can be made ahead of time for busy weeks. Each class will focus on basic knife skills and other techniques that will make cooking easier and more pleasurable. See what cuisine is ahead and book today!

Class menus vary by date. See below for a list of upcoming dates and corresponding menus. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I gave this class as a gift to my daughter-in-law for her 30th Birthday. She loved it! The chefs were great teachers and the food was delicious. What a great gift!

I thought the class was great. I would've liked to watch the pork shoulder being made since that was the basis for all the other dishes we made, but I think the detailed instructions will be enough to help me through it. All the food was delicious and Frances and Sasha were great to work with.

My husband and I went to One Pork Roast: Five Dinners (or something like that title). We had so much fun! Each pair was assigned a dish and we all ate lunch together after everything was prepared. The event catered to people of all experience levels and the dishes were straightforward to prepare (so we will DEFINITELY make them all again with the recipes we got to take home). What was actually the best part were these quick kitchen "hacks" that I wouldn't have otherwise learned! Both Frances and Sasha were very helpful, engaged, patient, and supportive. We want to try taking some sort of pastry making class with them next!

Chefs Frances and Sasha are wonderful! This is such a fun and educational class. The dishes that we made, especially the roast pork shoulder, were delicious! There was also excellent selection of utensils and equipment to use. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic! I’ve made pies before and I learnt some cool new things. We were also given a fantastic lunch. Totally made the roommates jealous with our tasty pies.
