We had a most enjoyable cooking experience last night with Chef Lorenzo. He put us to work prepping much of the food and supervised as we cooked. He talked me through how to cook octopus which he brought to the house already cooked purely in the interest of time. I kind of hoped the octopus salad would be the top item for the night. It was. An added feature was that as we dined on the dishes he had us make, he washed the dishes. Wow! Five stars out of five for Chef Lorenzo and his Med. cooking class!

Chef Traci's cooking class was an absolute blast! Her home in Berkeley is so spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. I really love Chef Traci's personality and energy. You can tell she is very passionate about cooking and creating beautiful meals with different spices. The chicken tagine was SO flavorful and delicious. To this day, my boyfriend still talks about it! I am looking forward to Chef Traci's next class.

I enjoyed so much the private cooking class with Chef Pooja! She is very welcoming, knowledgeable and a great host. We were walked through the recipes and felt so easy and everything we made was delicious. The class was a birthday gift for my husband and we had such a good time.

We had a blast. Carly was great at explaining what we were doing and why and the best way to to do it. She easily adapted the menu to deal with dietary issues. Small class meant direct attention and a chance for everyone to do everything. Highly recommended!

I thought the class was great. I would've liked to watch the pork shoulder being made since that was the basis for all the other dishes we made, but I think the detailed instructions will be enough to help me through it. All the food was delicious and Frances and Sasha were great to work with.

My husband and I went to One Pork Roast: Five Dinners (or something like that title). We had so much fun! Each pair was assigned a dish and we all ate lunch together after everything was prepared. The event catered to people of all experience levels and the dishes were straightforward to prepare (so we will DEFINITELY make them all again with the recipes we got to take home). What was actually the best part were these quick kitchen "hacks" that I wouldn't have otherwise learned! Both Frances and Sasha were very helpful, engaged, patient, and supportive. We want to try taking some sort of pastry making class with them next!

Chefs Frances and Sasha are wonderful! This is such a fun and educational class. The dishes that we made, especially the roast pork shoulder, were delicious! There was also excellent selection of utensils and equipment to use. We would definitely come back!
