Cooking Class - Gourmet Classics
Chef Pierre brings his extensive culinary background to show you how to create classic gourmet dishes all on your own. With his expert guidance, you will have the opportunity to re-create satisfying and wholesome meals at home for all occasions.
This class teaches you the techniques behind crafting your own risotto and roasting potatoes and vegetables along with how to add just the right amount of herbs and other assorted ingredients. End by learning how to make homemade crêpes drizzled with chocolate ganache.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
