WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build confidence with cast-iron cookware in this hands-on cooking class in Austin.
Put your skillet to work in this engaging cooking class in Austin focused on cast-iron favorites. Guided by Chef Andrea or a resident chef, you’ll cook grilled chicken with chimichurri sauce, char green beans and make griddled flatbread. You’ll finish with a warm brown butter cookie baked in the skillet. Throughout the class, you’ll learn how to control heat, develop flavor and use cast iron for both savory dishes and dessert. This cooking class in Austin is ideal for home cooks of all levels.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
