Learn how to make a light, healthy Italian dinner for yourself and your loved ones with Chef Melissa! You will learn how to make three courses of delicious, Italian-inspired home cooking alongside a chef who is also a trained nutritionist.
First, you will prepare a kale salad with sun-dried tomatoes, capers and walnuts in a tahini dressing, followed by broiled salmon in dill sauce, served with lemon paprika asparagus. For dessert, you'll learn how to make a Nutella-style hazelnut spread from scratch, with strawberries and bananas for dipping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
