Join Chef Amanda for an exploration of the rich cultural heritage and robust Mediterranean flavors of Provence. You'll learn how to prepare four gourmet courses of Provençal cooking.
In this class, you'll make bouillabaisse, the ubiquitous seafood stew of Provence, from scratch. Under Chef Amanda's guidance, you will also create an herb-crusted rack of lamb and colorful ratatouille. For dessert, prepare and enjoy a fig tart served with mascarpone cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
