What You'll Do

Learn to roll plant-based sushi in this fun, hands-on cooking class.

In this cooking class, you will learn how to create vibrant plant-based sushi from scratch using clever ingredient swaps and simple techniques. With guidance from Chef Natalie, you will build confidence with knife skills, prep ingredients and roll sushi step by step without any stress.

 

You will craft a smoked “salmon” roll using lentil-based tofu and fresh vegetables, plus a spicy dragon roll with carrot “tuna,” cucumber and avocado. Along the way, you will also prepare a light seaweed salad to complete your meal. Expect a fun, hands-on session where your rolls might not be perfect at first, but they will taste amazing!
