Team Building Activity - Making Sushi From Scratch
In this team building class, Chef Andy will be your guide as you and your team work together to learn how to roll your own sushi and make other Japanese delicacies from scratch!
Chef Andy will focus on teaching your team how to roll maki sushi rolls, but he will also go into detail about Japanese pickling and knife skills as well as the techniques to make matcha ice cream! After a little practice and some helpful hints, your team will see how easy it is to make maki sushi.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
