Team Building Activity - Making Sushi From Scratch

Work together to become a team of maki sushi masters in this hands-on sushi workshop.

In this team building class, Chef Andy will be your guide as you and your team work together to learn how to roll your own sushi and make other Japanese favorites from scratch.

Chef Andy will focus on teaching your team how to roll maki sushi rolls, but he will also go into detail about preparing fresh fish ceviche with cilantro, sesame oil, citrus and jalapeños, and knife skills as well as the techniques to make matcha crêpes with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Andy is awesome. He is fun and entertaining, you will learn something you didn't know about cooking, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend participating in any of Chef Andy's cooking classes. I know I will be back.
