Learn to craft handmade cavatelli and a creamy cacio e pepe in this hands-on cooking class.

Discover why fresh pasta tastes infinitely better when you make it yourself in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Cici. Chef Cici will guide you through authentic Italian techniques that transform simple ingredients into incredible pasta. Start by mixing semolina flour and egg yolks into a fresh dough using a food processor, then learn how to roll, cut and shape the dough into delicate cavatelli by hand.

Next, create a cacio e pepe sauce made with ricotta and Pecorino Romano cheeses for a creamy, peppery finish. Toss your freshly made pasta in the sauce, garnish with basil and chives and sit down to enjoy the Italian feast you crafted from scratch.

Chef Cici made our poolside party an unforgettable experience! The Greek-inspired feast was out of this world. From the first bite of the chicken shawarma, I was hooked, the Mediterranean spices were perfection, and the zesty lemon, garlic and Greek yogurt sauce added a refreshing kick that tied it all together. The cucumber salad was the ideal cool-down on a hot day, bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly seasoned. And those warm pitas? Heavenly!
